One of my favourite habits is to check in on my goals regularly, including halfway through  year. Back in episode 7, Erin and I chat about setting our goals for the year.

How often do you set a goal in January and then a few months later, you have jumped back into the daily grind and forgot all about it? How often do you check in on your goal at the end of the year?

Today I am going to walk you through my process of tracking my goals mid-year and how I've seen results faster by doing this!
